Creative Approach AB is a company incorporated under laws of Sweden with the registered address Jönköpingsgatan 14, 252 76 Helsingborg and Reg No 559253-6436. The use of “we” and “our” in the Privacy Policy refers to Creative Approach AB. Creative Approach AB processes personal data in accordance to law, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect and process, why and how we do this and most importantly your rights in relation to this data. By using our service Creative Approach AB, either through website or mobile application you confirm that you have received this Privacy Policy and that you agree to the use of your information as explained in this Privacy Policy. Creative Approach AB:s website and mobile applications are services for logging, tracking, and sharing racket sport related information. To provide these services we may collect and store information about you. The type of personal information we may collect includes: Name Password Email address Telephone number Gender Location data Payment information (from Apple or Google) We will also collect and process content generated by you or other users of the Service. This includes any competitions or games that you are participating in. We may also collect and process other user generated content that may be personally identifiable such as photos or videos.

Non-personal data

Such non-personal data is information that is aggregated and de‑personalized and which cannot be used to identify you. By tracking the number, advertiser ID makes it possible for us to collect information about your use of our Services. The types of non-personal data that we collect can, for example, consist of advertiser ID, information about your use of the Services, such as what teams and players you are interested in and your prediction in a specific game, your hardware, device software platform and firmware, software installation properties, including, but not limited to unique installation identifier and software version, your country specific settings and other non-personal data as reasonably required by us to enhance our Services..

Why and how do we store this data?

Why

Collecting and processing this personal data is necessary in order for us to provide our services. Your name, password, email address and telephone number are used to verifying your identity, protecting your account and connect with other users of the Service. Personal data like gender och location data is needed to run analytics to provide you with insights about your racket activity. User generated content including competitions and games are used to provide the core functionality of the service and are therefore necessary for processing. Your personal data (name, email, email address, telephone number, gender, location data and payment information) will never be shared with third parties outside our organization. However, we may use user generated content (competition or games) in marketing without asking for you consent.

How

Your integrity and security is important to us and we have high security standards in all our services. Any personal data collected from you may only be transferred outside the European Union/the European Economic Area by observing applicable privacy regulations and ensuring your privacy rights are protected. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be hosted and/or transferred to such recipients both within and outside the European Economic Area. To comply with regulations, laws or any authority requests, we may disclose your information to authorities or other officials, without your prior consent. We cannot be held liable for any loss of or disclosure of data or any losses or damages incurred due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties or your decision to disclose your personal information.

Access to your device

In addition to the personal data described above, the mobile application requires access to your device in order to perform some functions. You can choose to permit the mobile application to:

access your device’s camera.

The permission to access your device’s camera will enable the mobile application to scan QR-codes, which are used for tournament purposes. The mobile application will not store or access any pictures in your device, and it will only use the camera to scan QR-codes. Creative Approach AB does not in any way get access to any information obtained from the camera, other than the QR-code itself. If you do not permit the mobile application to access your device’s camera, you will not be able to use the mobile application’s QR-scanning capabilities and thereto connected functions.

Your rights

Access and Portability

You have a right to know and access what data we have collected about you. You also have the right to receive your personal data in machine-readable format.

Removal of personal data

You have a right to have some of the personal data we collected about you deleted. We may be unable to delete all of the data related to you for other legal reason such as maintaining financial records. We may also retain some of retain some of the data we collected about you in anonymised form.

Direct marketing

If you have selected to receive direct marketing communications from us, and you want to stop receiving it, you can click on the opt out link in the marketing communication sent.
